Hook & Ladder are seeking a full time energetic and motivated individual to join our very busy kitchen team in Limerick. Primary responsibilities will include the preparation of food and adherence to HACCP. in accordance with expected business

  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organised work space
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a multicultural team
  • Effective team communication, including in multilingual environments
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and allergen procedures
  • Strong documentation skills and accurate HACCP record-keeping
  • Good Planner, Organiser and Communicator

This job requires daytime availability so please have midweek full time availability! Primarily this position will be based in our Limerick City Centre, but availability to move across our eateries is very important.
Full Clean Irish/Eu Driving licence is a plus!
Experience is essential!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €13.50-€14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
