OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Chef to join our Agency within Derby Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, along with exceptional leadership abilities. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This position requires a commitment to hospitality and teamwork, as you will be leading a dedicated kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Extensive knowledge of food production techniques, food preparation methods, and culinary trends.
  • Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
  • A passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes that delight customers.
  • Culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred but not essential.
