HRC Recruitment are currently recruiting for a chef to work with one of our clients within the Scottish Borders.
This role may be ideal for a candidate residing on the south or east side of Edinburgh, particularly near the bypass, as Kelso is approximately 40 miles from Dalkeith.
The successful applicant will ideally have a background in contract catering and be qualified to the level of Senior Sous Chef, Head Chef, or Chef Manager.

• Preparing breakfast items including hot morning rolls
• Preparing soup, two main course options, baked potatoes, pastries, and composite salads for lunch service
• Assisting with general cleaning duties
• Placing food and supply orders
  The kitchen is open-plan, so a sociable and personable nature is essential, as interaction with staff and customers is part of the daily routine.
