JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced chef specializing in curry and tandoor to join our team. If you’re passionate about cooking and seeking a long-term, permanent position, we want to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in both curry and tandoor cooking
• Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Looking for a long-term, permanent position
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Prepare and cook a variety of curries, tandoor items, kebabs, and Kadai dishes
• Maintain accuracy and speed in executing assigned orders
• Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling
• Maintain records of food costs, inventory, sales, and consumption
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to kitchen staff
• Supervise chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff
• Develop and introduce new recipes to enhance the menu
