The Castle Inn is a thriving family owned Pub/Restaurant in the heart of Colchester, located at the gates of our iconic, historic castle.
We are looking for a Commis or sous chef to join our busy kitchen and team to continue our fantastic reputation for home made, hearty meals.
You will be responsible and accountable for all kitchen hygiene practices, food prep, stock take, menu planning and more.
We are a real team that love to work together to create great food, great atmosphere and lovely experiences for all of our customers.
