Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency. Manage, train, and schedule kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards. Monitor food inventory, ordering, and cost controls. Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards. Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Collaborate with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Support menu execution and contribute to specials or seasonal offerings.
