—What You’ll Do—
-Lead our culinary team with creativity, consistency, and integrity
-Develop seasonal menus that WOW using local, fresh ingredients
-Mentor, train, and grow your team through clear communication and support
-Work closely with local producers and partners
-Take the lead on ordering, inventory, costing, and scheduling
-Plan and execute events, catering, and community initiatives
-Collaborate with leadership in weekly meetings and strategic planning
—What You Bring—
-3+ years in a full-service kitchen or bar environment
-Previous leadership experience as Sous Chef or Chef
-Culinary education or certifications are an asset (Food Safe, WHMIS, Pro-Serve, First Aid)Strong organizational and communication skills
-Comfort in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
-Passion for food, people, and making a difference
