JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chef Manager to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing team dynamics effectively.
  • Knowledge of food production techniques, menu planning, and food service management principles.
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes and cost management strategies within the food industry.
  • Excellent cooking skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes that delight guests.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
