Stoked Wood-fired Pub. We are a local hot spot in Winston Salem near Lewisville/Clemmons. We are a Pizza Pub with a lot of regulars. We specialize in Woodfired pizzas and pub cuisines.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety while leading a dynamic team. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service and culinary excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or kitchen leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary best practices.
  • Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
    An ideal candidate will be open minded with ideaa. Seeking someone who can execute: weekly specials, maintain cleanliness, maintain portion control. This position requires nights and weekends. No exception. typically off Monday and Tuesday with flexibility as needed.
