KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and deliver high-quality, engaging teaching materials using both physical and digital resources.
• Integrate technology and the College’s virtual learning environment to support independent learning.
• Stay current with industry trends, curriculum standards, and assessment requirements.
• Maximise learning by starting lessons promptly and using all teaching time effectively.
• Foster a focused, ambitious learning environment aligned with curriculum goals.
• Coordinate with Academic Support Workers to enhance teaching and assessment.
• Use assessment data to tailor lessons and ensure meaningful learner progress.
• Contribute to quality assurance processes, including course reviews and self-assessment.
