Location: Lilleshall National Sports and Conferencing Centre, Shropshire, TF10 Job type: Permanent, Full Time Working Hours: 39 per week, 5 out of 7 days, 6am – 2pm or 7am– 3pm, evenings 11.30am – 8pm or 1pm – 9pm. Alongside being a top-tier training centre, Lilleshall also hosts a thriving conference and events hub, featuring recently refurbished rooms and scenic outdoor spaces perfect for weddings, corporate events, and team-building days. As part of our kitchen team, you’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef. You’ll help develop our catering services too, and ensure high standards are always met when it comes to customer service, uniform, cleaning, and food handling and preparation.
