Location: Lilleshall National Sports and Conferencing Centre, Shropshire, TF10 Job type: Permanent, Full Time Working Hours: 39 per week, 5 out of 7 days, 6am – 2pm or 7am– 3pm, evenings 11.30am – 8pm or 1pm – 9pm. As part of our kitchen team, you’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef. You’ll help develop our catering services too, and ensure high standards are always met when it comes to customer service, uniform, cleaning, and food handling and preparation. About you We’re looking for someone with a solid background in catering, ideally with experience in a previous chef role. A Level 2 Food Safety certificate is essential, and if you’ve catered for weddings or private events before, that’s a big plus. Responsibilities
