REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
  • Experience in supervising or managing kitchen staff is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and assist in training new team members.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and test new recipes that align with the company’s brand, vision, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests.
  • Participate in menu planning and development alongside the head chef.
