Full Time Position (Shift Pattern rotating weekly, subject to minor changes)
Mon–Tue: 06:00–14:00 | Wed–Thu: Off | Fri–Sun: 10:00–18:00
Remuneration: $30.54 - $31.32 ph + Salary Packaging (up to $15,990) + Access to staff discounts & benefits.

Your Role – More Than Just Cooking As a Chef you will:

  • Prepare and present varied, nourishing, and appetizing meals that align with dietary needs and preferences.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen environment, maintaining hygiene and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with catering staff, residents, and care teams to enhance meal services.
  • Lead and support kitchen staff, fostering a high-performance and team-driven culture.
  • Manage kitchen finances, including menu planning, budgeting, and stock control.
  • Evaluate and improve catering services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resident satisfaction.
