The Opportunity
Albany Creek Retirement Village is a friendly and vibrant retirement village, home to 380+ independent living units & apartments. Working closely with your small team of hospitality staff and residents, you will lead the kitchen and restaurant to success by providing exquisite lunch & dinner services, catering options and ideas for functions. As our new Chef Manager, you will have a positive rapport with restaurant guests & residents, enjoy being hands-on in prepping meals, understand food safety principles and ensure sufficient supplies of goods & ingredients. Most importantly, you’ll have a passion for food, your team and the residents!
