• Lead kitchen operations day-to-day: from prep to service
• Create fresh, seasonal, plant-based menus
• Manage ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
• Uphold food safety, allergen and hygiene standards
• Train and motivate a small, friendly team
• Work closely with the café manager to keep service running smoothly
