SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Chef Manager to help lead our kitchen team working along side our head chef to ensure the best quality food is provided. Helping with stock ordering and organizing kitchen rota’s. Making sure you maintain a clean & safe work environment. We are looking for someone with experience who may offer a fresh approach to our kitchen, with new menu ideas and input.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Manage food production processes while adhering to safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Help Lead kitchen staff, and organise rota’s.
  • Plan menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Ensure proper inventory management and control of food costs.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Chef Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team management.
  • Extensive knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and guests.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced & busy environment.
  • Passion for creating innovative dishes using fresh, local ingredients.
