This is your chance to work with a global facilities management leader while enjoying the benefits of a 14 days on, 14 days off roster based in South Australia What you’ll do: Manage staffing in consultation with the Operations Manager Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement cost minimization measures where possible. Rostering & leading on site teams Daily reporting Proven experience across management and in mass-catering environments, including preparing meals for breakfast, dinner, crib, and pastries. HACCP expertise combined with strong leadership and organisational skills. A passion for driving high-quality culinary experiences. About You Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights FIFO or remote site experience desirable, but not essential Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery Physically fit and able to work long shifts (up to 11 hours) You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months Ability to endure remote environments in extreme weather conditions Must pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening Why Join Sodexo?
