This is your chance to work with a global facilities management leader while enjoying the benefits of a 14 days on, 14 days off roster based in Southeast Queensland. What you’ll do: Manage staffing in consultation with the Operations Manager Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement cost minimization measures where possible. Oversee housekeeping team and front of house procedures Rostering & leading on site teams Daily reporting Technical troubleshooting for clients and other departments as necessary Leading bulk cooking operations on remote sites with top-tier quality and safety standards. Managing operations profitability, budgets, and food quality standards (HACCP compliance). Fostering team growth in a dynamic, diverse environment while maintaining client relationships. About You Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights. FIFO or remote site experience desirable Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery Physically fit and able to work long shifts (up to 11 hours) You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months Ability to endure remote environments in extreme weather conditions Must pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential Why Join Sodexo?
