Chef required to run a small but busy kitchen in south shields. Must have relevant experience and be confident with stock control, ordering, menu planning, food hygiene and food safety. Must be reliable and able to lead a small team of staff. Full time position and immediate start for right candidate.
Full training provided efficient kitchen team who already know what they are doing
Ideal for someone who wants to step up from a sous position or wants to set down from a big kitchen team to a small contact kitchen business
9pm finishes and food starts at 12, 7 days a week.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
