CHEF MANAGER – TERM TIME ONLY

Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only (42 Weeks)
Contract: Permanent
We are proud to be working with an award-winning organisation and an Employer of Choice in the catering sector. We’re currently seeking a dedicated Chef Manager to lead a high-performing catering operation at a large, thriving secondary school in Redhill.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager who is passionate about great food, strong leadership, and delivering an excellent dining experience in an educational setting.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in a similar Chef Manager or Head Chef role
  • At least 3 years’ hands-on culinary experience and 2 years of team/financial management
  • Confident with menu planning, budget control, and compliance standards
  • Food Safety Level 3 (essential)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for food, service, and leading a team
