This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Chef to join a Successful business at one of its caravan parks. In this chef manager position you will be responsible for improving the standards of the food offered, and increasing trade. The site currently offers a very limited menu and you will have lots of scope to change menus and service styles with the support of the General Manager. It is essential that you have a sound working knowledge of food safety, allergens, health and safety and able to complete all the required paperwork. The job is 40 hours a week, hourly paid and the contract is from March to December.
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate for this role will have recently been working at a minimum of Sous chef level and have a stable background with experience of working in fresh food kitchens.
