RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead your catering team in providing a cooked from fresh daily food offer for residents and patients
• oversee all aspects of kitchen management, daily due diligence and staff management
• Effectively manage the catering budget
• Prepare meals to the highest possible standards, using fresh ingredients, and presented with love and care.
• Provide daily breakfast, lunch, and evening meals.
• Keep up to date with the menus and what food is on offer.
• Ensure that COSHH, food safety, and health and safety legislation are followed.
