WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead and manage the onsite Sodexo catering team, ensuring top-quality food and service.
• Prepare and cook meals to the agreed standards and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Oversee menu planning, stock management, and cost control to meet budget requirements.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, adhering to the Food Safety Act and company policies.
• Monitor and manage kitchen safety, reporting any issues and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide leadership, training, and development to kitchen staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Act as the focal point for health, safety, and environmental compliance, fostering a strong safety culture.
• Ensure effective ordering and stock rotation to minimize waste and maintain food safety.
