Chef Manager

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Chef Manager for one of our healthcare sites in Dublin 3 working five over seven days, daytime only, no late evenings or nights. 40 hours a week.
Some of the duties and responsibilities are as follows:
To prepare and cook food to the highest standard.
To supervise and direct kitchen and service staff as required.
To work and order products within agreed budgets as set out by the company.
To compile menu cycles on a monthly basis.
To operate the HACCP and Health and Safety procedures in line with legal requirements.
Experience of catering in a healthcare environment and modified diets is an advantage.
Garda Vetting is a requirement for this role
