We are looking for a chef manager for our African Restaurant.
You should have experience and knowledge in West African cuisine, particularly Nigeria food preparation and ingredients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Have proven work experience as chef/ cook
• Have knowledge of West African cuisine, ingredients, sauce preparation.
• Have good leadership skills and management ability

• Oversee the overall running of kitchen & restaurant.
• Train & Delegate tasks to staff.
• Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients.
  -Interact with customers to measure success and gain ideas
  -Keep up to date with food innovations.
• Manage our online order apps
  -Monitor stock and place order
• Ensure compliance with Health & safety regulations
• Lead others by example.
