World cuisine. The Chef Manager has full autonomy over the menu’s written each week. Working closely with the second chef, the menu will be written with seasonality, world events and celebrations in mind. Our job as Contract Caterers is to educate the children in World foods, cultures and customs. Broaden the horizons and palettes of the next generation, whilst maintaining the Company Ethos of using fresh ingredients.
There are boarders on site, so imagination for different breakfast items will be beneficial.
We have match tea’s and parent interactions so a knowledge of pastry and baking would be advantageous
Responsibilities:
JOB DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE.:
The Chef Manager for Wilson Vale is responsible for overseeing the culinary operations within a catering facility that provides food services to our clients, wither in a corporate offices, educational institutions, healthcare facilities. This role combines culinary expertise with managerial skills to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality meals to our clients while adhering to specific contractual agreements, food safety and health & safety policies.
