Responsibilities
  • Preparing the kitchen for service, including setting up equipment, food prep, storing deliveries and any other reasonable request from your kitchen manager
  • Communicates preparation tasks to the team
  • Ensures the kitchen is set up and ready for service
  • Preparing food to order and working as part of a fun and supportive team
  • Assisting the team in closing the kitchen to the requested standard with the aid of checklists and guidance from the senior kitchen team
