SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE

Our ideal candidate will have significant previous experience within the food services industry, ideally within health/aged care. They will have strong time management skills, the ability to work to deadlines and the ability to maintain an organised, process-driven workplace. We are looking for someone who will be able to easily prioritise the health and safety of residents, all while delivering a menu that is creative, exciting and especially tasty! Our ideal candidate will be a natural people person who will inspire and drive the rest of their team to share in collective goal of delivering a wonderful end product to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Take ownership of purchasing and stock management to keep our kitchen running smoothly
  • Create and refine menu items and service offerings that delight our residents
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire new kitchen and hospitality staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Uphold the highest food safety standards, ensuring every meal is prepared with care
