We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team of 70+ staff.
This role will see you lead and support your team to ensure they meet and exceed the MISSCHU standards of customer experience, operations and quality.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE/BE:

• Relevant Commercial Cookery qualifications and experience in a similar role.
• Wok cooking experience is preferable but not essential.
• A strong understanding of food safety & hygiene principles
• Great leadership and communication skills with people from different cultural backgrounds
• Fanatical about detail and delivering an exceptional experience for customers.
• A passion for food quality, a high attention to detail and a collaborative attitude.
