Miznon Au Pty Ltd is a vibrant restaurant group specialising in Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a creative twist. We are currently seeking experienced full-time Chefs to join our team.
In this role, you will lead and manage our kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of a diverse, high-quality menu that delights our customers. If you have a passion for innovative food, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence, we would love to hear from you.
Salary offered is $76,515pa plus super.
The applicant must have the following skills:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management
- At least 2 years full time work experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen
- Dedication and commitment to preparing delicious meals for a regional restaurant
The Chef will be responsible for:
· Providing high quality and innovative dishes according to menu specifications
· Designing menus in accordance with the seasons and food trends
· Overseeing daily food preparation and production, ensuring the food safety guidelines are consistently met
· Directing the food preparation process and allocation of kitchen duties
· Maintaining cost effective practices within the kitchen budget
· Providing training to junior kitchen staff
· Maintaining a high standard of food safety in accordance with industry guidelines
