In 2019, Dan, Justin and a bunch of chefs went on an epic, multi-stop trip to Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Vietnam. MuMu’s menu is inspired by everything they ate along the way. From a selection of sambal with krupuk, wok-fried king prawns and a bunch of drinks option including the famous yuzu slushee, MuMu is an inner-city hangout spot set within the ivy precinct. It is the perfect place to drink, dance, and burn the midnight oil.

We are looking for full-time Chef to join the kitcen team at MuMu. As a chef for MuMu, you’ll get to work with an amazing team to brings together the playfulness of dishes like Hokkaido scallop prawn roll, char siu chicken, Vietnamese-styled pippies and more. If you have experience and a passion for South-East Asian cuisine this could be the next role for you.

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar high-end restaurant.
• Asian cooking experience is preferred, even better if you have worked on the grill and wok.
• Follows direction well, good communication and execution.
• Thrive in a busy environment
• Attention to detail and execution
