We are seeking an experienced and passionate Café Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in café-style cooking, with the ability to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting food, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to a positive kitchen culture. MUST be available for Tuesday - Sunday

Experience:

• Kitchen: 2 years (Preferred

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast, brunch, and lunch items according to café recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet the café’s expectations.
• Manage prep work and stock levels efficiently, minimizing food waste.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal menus and daily specials.
• Monitor food inventory and assist in placing orders for supplies.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.
