Job Title: Chef
Shift Pattern/ Hours: Monday- Sunday (5 days out of 7) Between 6:30am-6pm
Pay: £13.13 per hour with enhanced rates for weekends.

YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

· Chef experience
· Recognized food safety / catering qualification
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years administration experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

· Preparing and cooking dishes to a planned menu using standard recipes at all times.
· Exercising and supervising portion control.
· Assisting in the service of food to patients, staff and visitors as required.
· Maintaining standards of cooking.
· Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, not only personally but in the preparation and service of food.
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.
