NoosaCare is located across two incredible facilities – Carramar in Tewantin and Kabara in Cooroy. We are a community-based, not-for-profit organisation that puts our residents and their families at the forefront of all we do. Our state-of-the-art facilities are located in stunning natural surroundings and landscaped gardens, where residents live with dignity, respect and choice and experience the highest level of care they deserve.
We are currently seeking a qualified Chef at our Tewantin, QLD location, Carramar.

ABOUT YOU

NoosaCare is looking for candidates that have an interest in aged care and making a difference in people’s lives. We also are looking for someone that has experience as a Chef along with a relevant qualification.

• Preparing and serving high quality, healthy and nutritious fresh food to our residents.
• Ordering and maintaining kitchen inventory.
• Maintaining an extremely high standard of kitchen hygiene, and adhering to all Food Safety, Workplace Safety and legislative requirements.
• Ensuring that resident allergies/intolerances, special diets and requirements are met.
• Develop and foster innovation within the catering department aimed at improving a resident’s food and dining experience.
• Operate with autonomy and accountability in the delivery of high-quality catering services
