My client are a busy, well-established Italian restaurant in Airdrie looking to recruit Chefs of all levels to join our growing kitchen team. Whether you're an experienced Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or an enthusiastic cook looking to develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking high-quality Italian dishes to our restaurant standards.
• Assisting with menu preparation and daily specials.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Working efficiently during busy service periods.
• Supporting other members of the kitchen team.
• Ensuring consistency in presentation and quality of food.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for food and hospitality.
• Experience in a professional kitchen preferred, but training can be provided for junior roles.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine is advantageous but not essential.
• Food Hygiene Certificate preferred.
