You should have a good knowledge of health and safety , EHO/ Safer Food Better Business regulations, HACCUP
You will be providing nutritious well balanced food whilst keeping within an agreed budget
Working as part of a larger team , ensuring our residents get the best possible care/diet and are involved in all aspects of the home
