We have fantastic opportunities for a Chefs of all grades to join our award-winning culinary team here at the Tower Hotel, Waterford.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1-5 years’ experience working in a busy, high-volume kitchen environment (experience required may vary by grade).
  • Hold a recognised culinary qualification and knowledge/experience of managing and implementing HACCP procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate excellence in food preparation, presentation, and service standards.
  • Experience in menu planning and cost control.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations.
  • Be standards-driven with a strong eye for detail and consistency.
  • Passionate, motivated, and enthusiastic with a genuine love for food and hospitality.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, while also being capable of taking initiative and working independently.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
