JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a chefs of all levels to join our dynamic and growing team in corporate catering and private events. The ideal candidate will have experience of efficient operation in kitchen and food production areas - any experience of working in an event or ’on-location’ environment will be of benefit.
This positions requires a background in culinary practices, food safety, and team management. As an event chef you will be responsible for coordinating and undertaking food preparation working on an individual and team basis while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
An example - your working week may require some preparation at our kitchens in Stratford, some on site preparation and delivery at one of our clients locations in Central London, then maybe working an event or two in an evening. Most events are weekday - with perhaps one or two weekend days required per month.

SKILLS

  • Experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Excellent self reliance and motivation.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to assist in food preparation while maintaining high standards of quality.
