This is no ordinary kitchen role. We’re based in the heart of Coed Llandegla Forest, serving up delicious, freshly made food to hungry mountain bikers, trail runners, walkers, and families every day. It’s fast-paced, fun, and full of flavour – and we want a Head Chef who can match that energy.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A strong, confident communicator with at least 2-3 years’ kitchen experience
• Someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and stays calm under pressure
• A team player who’s full of ideas and energy
• A leader who’s passionate about quality food and great customer experiences
• A flexible approach – weekends and varied shifts are part of the gig
• Someone with the legal right to work in the UK and the ability to reliably commute or relocate

• Leading our kitchen with creativity and flair – bringing fresh, exciting recipes to life
• Keeping up with food trends and championing fresh, seasonal and local ingredients
• Managing food orders, budgets, stock control and suppliers
• Monitoring kitchen performance, staff costs, and portion control
• Ensuring top-tier food hygiene and Health & Safety standards are always met
• Working closely with our front-of-house team to deliver a smooth, friendly service
• Supporting and training the team to maintain high standards, even at peak times
• Helping us keep waste to a minimum and standards sky high

Hours: (Below are typical hours, although these may alter at times)

• Wednesday (Rotating each week) 9am - 5pm or 9am - 10pm
• Thursday 9am - 5pm
• Friday 11am - 5pm
• Sunday 8:30am - 5pm
