ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently hiring chefs of all levels, who will play a crucial part in our kitchen’s success, contributing to the creation of delectable dishes that delight our guests. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Casual/Commis/Demi Chefs

  • Assist in the preparation and production of various dishes.
  • Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
  • Learn and develop culinary skills under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Assist in the receiving and storage of food and supplies.

Chef de Partie

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and oversee food preparation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies and minimise waste to optimise kitchen efficiency.
  • Assist with menu development and special event planning
