JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an exceptional Chef to help run our Cafe. The ideal candidate will be able to smoothly run the kitchen, work well under pressure and be a good team player. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in preparing food, managing orders and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality within our Cafe. Must have good knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cooking techniques, cuisines, and food production processes. .
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. .
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and management.
