CHEF (PART TIME) – CAFÉ BAR 1780, PRINCE’S SQUARE, GLASGOW

Café Bar 1780 is a brand-new opening in the heart of Glasgow’s stylish Prince’s Square. We’ll be serving an all-day menu with breakfast, brunch, light lunches, and evening dining featuring quality steaks, burgers, and more. Add in regular live music and events, and 1780 is set to be a buzzing new hotspot where food and atmosphere go hand in hand.
We’re now looking for Chefs to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new venue from day one, working within a motivated kitchen team and supported by experienced leaders.

As a Chef at Café Bar 1780, you’ll play an important part in delivering great food, every service. From prep to plating, you’ll help maintain consistency, keep standards high, and support your team so the kitchen runs smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing and cooking dishes to spec and standard
• Helping to keep the kitchen clean, organised, and safe
• Supporting stock, prep, and service across different sections
• Working with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to keep standards consistent
• Bringing a positive, can-do attitude to every shift
