OVERVIEW

Pitchfork and Provision is a vibrant craft bakery, cafe, and deli dedicated to providing exceptional handmade food in the heart of Llandeilo.
As part of our forthcoming expansion we’re looking to strengthen the team with a part time chef (3 days) to maintain our existing offering aswell as expand our range.
We’re happy to consider both seasoned chefs aswell as those newly qualified, with a team onsite to help foster new talent aswell as the opportunity to supplement new team members existing experience with various forms of training.
Pay is therefore subject to experience.

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Passionate about providing a memorable experience through the food offering created.
• Passionate about local produce and the use of artisan goods in order to maintain a truly independent craft offering.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holiday periods.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards relevant to cafes and food establishments.

• Prepare and cook brunch dishes to high standards during peak hours
• Ensure all health and safety regulations, including allergy protocols and food hygiene standards are strictly adhered to. (Level 2 food safety desirable)
• Promote the establishment’s values, seasonal offerings, and special events.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivated team environment.
