We are seeking an experienced chef to join our team at Piccolino restaurant in Mandurah, WA. This is a full-time permanent role where you will play a vital part in the day-to-day kitchen operations and creation of our delicious Italian-inspired menu.

• Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes to our customers
• Ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
• Collaborating with the head chef to develop new and innovative menu items
• Mentoring and training junior chefs and kitchen staff
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked kitchen environment
• Adhering to budgets and controlling food costs
