The menu uses fresh local ingredients wherever possible and has an enviable reputation both locally & nationally. The salary for this post depends on experience & a “live in” chef is preferable.

Experience:

• Restaurant: 1 year (required

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes.
• Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
• Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
