REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Chef of Indian/Pakastani cusine
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience supervising kitchen staff.
  • A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the clients schedule.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not essential.

  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
