Across settings ranging from casual bistros to fine dining restaurants, you will work collaboratively to prepare and deliver high‑quality dishes to exacting standards. What You'll Do Oversee food preparation and kitchen staff, coordinating tasks to ensure efficient, cost‑effective, and timely production. Support the onboarding of new team members by familiarising them with kitchen procedures, transport, and storage practices. Escalate any issues that may impact food quality or standards to the Head Chef or Manager. Contribute to the achievement of organisational goals, revenue targets, and profitability while consistently meeting guest expectations for quality and service.
