QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, mathematics/statistics. MBA/M.Sc. preferred.
  • 10 or more years of consumer and/or healthcare market research and customer insights experience. Cross-functional experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with CPG foundational, shopper insights and custom research methods required
  • Experience with Nielsen data, IQVIA is a plus.
  • Experience in supporting brand building (positioning, architecture development) and business planning process.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, while showing strong drive for results and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills translating data into insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects while working under tight and/or shifting deadlines
  • Work effectively with multiple teams with proven ability to build effective partnerships
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Deliver findings in an engaging, fresh and impactful manner to tell a simple and compelling narrative.
  • The incumbent must be able to communicate well in English (50% of the time), as his or her duties require interaction with stakeholders and colleagues outside Quebec and Canada.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the key strategic business partner, the Market Insights lead for Therapeutic Nutrition (brands like, Ensure, Glucerna, Pedialyte and many specialty products) will have the opportunity to directly impact growth of three main categories. In this role, you will be responsible for helping develop marketing strategy, influence decisions across all areas of the business from base business to innovation and guide profitable growth. You will be accountable for generating and integrating insights across consumer, healthcare professional, and competitor understanding to inform recommendations that help deliver business growth goals.
