We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management, with a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency.

Plan menus and estimate food and labor costs
Order food supplies and manage inventory levels efficiently.
Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
Discuss food preparation and service with Managers, Dietitians, and other staff
Demonstrate cooking techniques and advise on proper food preparation procedures
Prepare and cook a variety of meals to a high standard
Explain and enforce hygiene and safety regulations
May be responsible for selecting and training kitchen staff
May oversee freezing and preserving of foods to maintain freshness
Requirement.
Proven experience in similar role.
Relevant qualification.
Ability to work on pressure in fast-paced environment
Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior staff
